Edisham Mohd Sukor
Edisham Mohd Sukor is a Sr. Deputy Director of Market Operations (MO) Division, at Sustainable Energy Development Authority (SEDA) Malaysia. He is graduated from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia with a Bachelor Degree (Hons.) in Engineering (Chemical) in year 2000.
Amongst his roles in the MO Divisions are to carry out a study related to Renewable Energy (RE) technologies, in-charge of the Feed-in Tariff (FiT) and Net Energy Metering (NEM) program, RE Industry development, RE related projects assigned by the government, provides technical supports and advisory to the local institutions, universities and other private sectors. His division is also responsible in testing and verifications of RE projects under the FiT mechanism, in ensuring compliance to the guidelines and procedures.
Prior to joining SEDA Malaysia, En. Edisham served as an Environment Manager at the Waste Management company in Selangor whereby he was part of the project team that built the very first 2 MW grid-connected landfill gas power plant in Malaysia. En. Edisham has more than 10 years of experience operating the biogas projects, his hands-on and technical knowledge is a huge advantage to SEDA Malaysia.
