Dr Jinlong Ma is Vice President of APEC Sustainable Energy Centre, one of the two research centres of APEC Energy Working Group. His expertise includes sustainable energy systems, renewable energy, power sector development and climate change. His experience covers all the countries in Southeast Asia, North Asia and the Pacific, held senior technical and management positions at advisory and consulting firms and research and development institutions. His qualifications include B. Eng. Electrical, M. Eng. Energy Technology and Planning, and PhD in Energy Economics.
